Quest Nutrition Cinnabon Proats
- 40g (1 serving) oats
- 14 g (1/2 scoop) Quest Nutrition Vanilla Milkshake protein powder
- 1 tbsp Walden Farms Pancake Syrup (or sugar free syrup)
- 10-20ml almond milk
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/8 tsp salt
- Cinnamon to taste
- Add dry oats to a bowl and cover with water and add in vanilla extract.
- Microwave for 1-3 min, stopping to stir occasionally, until oats are cooked.
- Mix Quest protein powder and salt with syrup to make an icing––add just enough almond milk to get a thick frosting-like consistency.
- Drizzle over oats and top with a bunch of cinnamon.
- Try not to burn your mouth first, but dig in and enjoy!
