Quest Nutrition Cinnabon Proats

  • 40g (1 serving) oats
  • 14 g (1/2 scoop) Quest Nutrition Vanilla Milkshake protein powder
  • 1 tbsp Walden Farms Pancake Syrup (or sugar free syrup)
  • 10-20ml almond milk
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/8 tsp salt
  • Cinnamon to taste


  1. Add dry oats to a bowl and cover with water and add in vanilla extract.
  2. Microwave for 1-3 min, stopping to stir occasionally, until oats are cooked.
  3. Mix Quest protein powder and salt with syrup to make an icing––add just enough almond milk to get a thick frosting-like consistency.
  4. Drizzle over oats and top with a bunch of cinnamon.
  5. Try not to burn your mouth first, but dig in and enjoy!
