Quest Nutrition Banana and S’mores Proats

  • 40g (1 serving) instant oatmeal or oat bran
  • 1/2 – 1 scoop of Quest Nutrition Vanilla Milkshake Protein Powder (or any vanilla protein)
  • 1/2 banana, sliced
  • 1/2 S’mores Quest Bar, diced


  1. Add dry oatmeal to a bowl and generously cover the oats with water.
  2. Microwave oatmeal for 1 min covered in paper towel.
  3. Stir the oatmeal  and microwave for increments of 45s, stirring in between each increment, until the oats are cooked to your liking (they are best when they are nice and fluffy — usually after about 2.5 total minutes of cooking).
  4. While hot, mix in your protein powder, and top with a few of the pieces of the Quest Bar.
  5. Microwave for another 12-15s in order for the Quest Bar pieces to begin to melt into the oatmeal.
  6. Stir once more and then top with banana slices and the remaining Quest Bar chunks.
  7. Be careful not to burn your mouth, but then eat and enjoy!
